Upcoming holiday weekend schedule: 7/2 (Saturday) – We will be having our 4th of July workout. Same Saturday Suck set up, we open at 9:30am, let’s be ready to 3..2..1..GO! at 10am sharp!!! 7/3 (Sunday) – Dawn’s party. Details have been shared in our members only CF138 FB page. It’s been a while, but I wanted to remind everyone that the Spartan Race is just a month-ish away on April 23rd. They did change the location on us, it’s now in Snohomish. BUT we will carpool, it’ll be great. We are still trying to create the largest team we can. Last I checked, there was 12 of us signed up and ready go. If anyone wants to join, you lucky dogs can enjoy the 20% off they are running on all their races. Dunk tank sign up is on the back board. It was be available all day, 7am – 7pm on 9/21. Get your name on the board if you don’t want to wait. Also, they ask that you do not workout 2 hrs prior to your test. Because the dunk tank is here all day, it also be available when we are closed between 11:30 – 3:45. So, if you have time in your day, pop over to the back parking lot and get your test done. We are also taking payment for the challenge. As you pay, your name will be put on the back board so we know who is in. If you are not doing the health challenge, but are doing the dunk tank, we are also collecting payment for that as well.
